Avishi Dayal Kalra emerges as a compelling new voice in contemporary fashion, one that seamlessly blends global exposure with a distinctly modern Indian perspective. As the founder and creative director of ADK, her journey reflects a unique intersection of sport, street, and storytelling, further amplified by the presence of Bollywood celebrities who have embraced the brand.
Her formative years in Manchester, UK, sparked an early passion for sports and movement, an influence that continues to shape her design language. Driven by curiosity and a desire to understand diverse aesthetics, she honed her craft across an eclectic mix of design houses, working with names such as Shivan & Narresh, Payal Pratap, Kanika Goyal, and global brand Missguided, among others. A defining chapter in her career was her tenure at Adidas, where she refined her creative vision within the framework of performance driven design. It was here that Avishi developed a sharp, distinctive aesthetic which are rooted in functionality yet expressive in identity- layering the foundation for her future while merging artisanal craftsmanship with contemporary streetwear sensibilities.
In 2019, she launched ADK, a brand that reinterprets streetwear through a bold, global lens while remaining anchored in Indian culture. Her work resonates with a generation that views fashion as an extension of individuality- fluid, fearless, and unapologetic. Expanding her creative footprint, Avishi founded Envision in 2022, a multidisciplinary creative studio offering design, creative direction, and campaign development. Her collaborative spirit is reflected in associations with brands like Crocs, Dayal Opticals, and Bira 91, further cementing her presence across industries.
In 2026, Avishi marked a significant milestone by showcasing her work in New York Fashion Week, positioning herself firmly on the international stage.
